What we do
Hoist Assets is a PPSR + ABN due-diligence API and MCP server for Australian asset finance. We bundle AFSA PPSR organisation and serial-number searches, ABN/GST verification, batch CSV uploads, and a one-page Due Diligence Record for every search.
The product is built so a broker can run a search faster than the AFSA web form lets them, an AI agent can run a search inside any MCP-capable host, and a procurement officer can paste our /trust page into a vendor questionnaire and get every answer they need.
Who we are
Hoist Assets is operated by HoistAI Pty Ltd (ABN 11 695 718 659), a Sydney-based Australian company. Same team that built Quokkafi — the open-banking trust runtime — and ships the underlying audit-and-consent code as open source.
How we think about the product
- The PDF is the product. Not the API call, not the dashboard. The thing a broker drops in a deal file is what we obsess over.
- If we don't do it, we say so. We don't search individuals. We don't do title or court. The honest scope is on the homepage and in our MCP tool descriptions.
- Pricing on the page. If we make you go through a quote form for SMB volumes, we've failed.
- LLMs are first-class readers. Every page is structured to be cited accurately. The MCP tool descriptions are the most-read marketing copy on the site.
- AFSA direct is sometimes the right answer. When you'd run under five searches a month, we'll tell you to go to afsa.gov.au.
