Today we're in the S1-gate validation sprint — the sandbox against three fixture organisations is live, paid plans and real AFSA traffic are not.
A day, before and after Roadmap (S2-gate)
Log into AFSA portal. Re-authenticate. Search by ACN. Download certificate. File it under the deal. Maybe screenshot it for the credit team. Forget which version is latest.
Run search from your CRM via webhook integration. Record PDF lands in the deal file. Audit chain ID in the deal note. Done. Specific CRM integrations (Salestrekker, Velocity) are on the integration roadmap, not yet built.

Single search, single record
Broker enters ACN in their CRM. Webhook calls ppsr_search_organisation. PDF attaches to the opportunity. None of this is wired today — the MCP tools, batch endpoint, and CRM webhooks all land at S2-gate alongside the partner-intermediary integration.
Batch CSV up to 500 rows
Plan: drop a CSV of ACNs into POST /v1/ppsr/batch and get back a ZIP with per-row records and a master CSV showing registrations, secured parties, and red flags. Designed for quarterly book reviews. Endpoint not yet built.
Search + record → CRM webhook
Plan: when a deal moves to settlement, fire a webhook to your CRM with the record URL. Your CRM attaches the PDF to the settlement folder automatically. Webhook subsystem is S2-gate work.

Target tier for most brokers at S2-gate is Pro (A$199/mo). A$50/month of included AFSA searches will cover ~20 PPSR calls; calls beyond that will bill at A$2.50 each. 01Can I use this for asset finance pre-approvals?
Yes. That's the primary use case. Most brokers run a PPSR + ABN check during the pre-approval stage to confirm the counterparty isn't encumbered against what you're financing.
02Does the record satisfy NCCP responsible-lending evidence requirements?
We're upstream of credit assessment, not part of it. Hoist Assets is a register search service; nothing it produces is legal or compliance advice. Whether and how the record fits NCCP responsible-lending evidence is a question for your compliance officer, not us.
03Can I attach the record to a Salestrekker deal?
That's the plan at S2-gate. Salestrekker's webhook handler accepts a URL and stores the document under the opportunity, so the integration is a small piece of glue once our webhook subsystem ships. The specific Salestrekker integration is not yet built.
