At S2-gate, Hoist Assets will expose PPSR organisation and serial-number search, ABN/GST verification, batch CSV, and record retrieval as MCP tools at mcp.assets.hoistai.com — OAuth 2.1 + Resource Indicators, price-confirmed tools. Today the Worker at mcp.assets.hoistai.com is live with discovery endpoints and the OAuth surface; no PPSR/ABN tools are shipped yet (gates run vacuously green). The sandbox is free against three fixture organisations.

One snippet, full PPSR access
Plan: paste the config in claude_desktop_config.json. Restart. Approve OAuth. Claude runs PPSR searches and verifies ABNs on demand, with price confirmation per call. OAuth surface is live today; the PPSR/ABN tools are S2-gate work.
Counterparty risk agent
Plan: build an agent that calls abn_lookup, then ppsr_search_organisation, then summarises secured parties. Agent calls scoped via OAuth and bounded by the user's price-confirmation policy. Tool implementations land at S2-gate.
Per-search billing
Plan: if you're an accounting / CRM platform passing through searches, use the per-search API (target A$2.50/call) with no monthly minimum. Per-search billing endpoint is S2-gate work.

01Why MCP and not OpenAI Functions?
MCP is host-agnostic; the same server works in Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, Cline, and Gemini CLI. OpenAI Functions only works in OpenAI. At S2-gate we'll expose a REST API that works everywhere — wire it as OpenAI Functions in your code if that's your stack.
02Can I white-label?
White-label options (PDF branding, dashboard co-brand, full custom-domain) are on the roadmap. Specific tier inclusions will be finalised at S2-gate launch; talk to us if it's load-bearing for your decision.
