Hoist Assets is in S1 validation. This is what is actually live today:

  • Production marketing site at assets.hoistai.com.
  • In-browser sandbox fixtures at /sandbox/ - test the workflow shape without hitting any register.
  • MCP discovery + OAuth surface at mcp.assets.hoistai.com. Worker is live; tool catalogue is fixture-backed where implemented.
  • Fixture-backed MCP flows for design partners exploring the agent integration shape.
  • Accounts sign-in via Clerk hosted pages at accounts.assets.hoistai.com, where the Clerk instance is provisioned.

Not live today: real AFSA / PPSR traffic, production ABR traffic, paid plans, production REST API, production Due Diligence Record PDFs, batch CSV, customer billing, and production webhooks. We show roadmap components as "not live", not "operational". See /status and /trust/afsa-b2g for the source of truth on each.

S2 target - partner-powered MVP

The 30-day partner-powered MVP. Ships after the AFSA B2G application clears and the partner-intermediary integration is live. No firm date because both are externally gated.

  • Partner-intermediary or approved AFSA pathway for real PPSR organisation + serial-number searches.
  • Paid searches via Stripe (test mode today, live at S2-gate).
  • Production REST API at api.assets.hoistai.com/v1/... with the OpenAPI 3.1 spec at /.well-known/openapi.json.
  • Production Due Diligence Record PDFs with verifiable SHA-256 hashes.
  • ABN lookup + history via ABR, with GST as-at date.
  • Pricing plans (A$99 / A$199 / A$249) live for paying customers.
  • Batch CSV on Pro and Team.
  • Webhooks for search.completed, batch.completed, and billing thresholds.

Next 90 days

Concrete items beyond the S2 target. Order is rough but the commitment is firm once S2 ships.

  • Salestrekker native integration. Webhook-based; attach record PDF to opportunity on search completion.
  • Velocity broker portal integration. Same pattern as Salestrekker.
  • Per-customer encryption keys on Team. Record PDFs encrypted with a key only your account derives.
  • Public status page. Real telemetry, no marketing. RSS for downtime.
  • Annual penetration test. Third-party AU firm; summary published.

Later — if customers ask

Things we'd build if a customer asked us to. Not a promise, not a commitment. Framed honestly so you can ask.

  • MyCRM integration — pending broker-customer demand.
  • Localised Due Diligence Record PDFs in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Spanish — already requested by two brokerages, rolling out as customer count justifies.
  • ASIC company extract — adjacent register; we'd need a different reseller agreement. Tell us if you'd pay for it.
  • ATO ABR enrichment beyond name/GST — more ABR fields, structured.
  • ARNECC land-title search — if equipment-finance secured against land becomes important to customers.
  • AFSA NPII bankruptcy index [AFSA-side: National Personal Insolvency Index] — different from our PPSR org-only scope; this is the bankruptcy register and is permitted for some use cases. Requires a different conversation with AFSA.
  • Insolvency-notice subscriptions — monitor counterparty for new bankruptcy notices.

Never — things we've decided against

  • Individual-grantor PPSR searches. See /trust/npii-boundary.
  • Credit scoring or reporting. CreditorWatch and illion do this well; we won't compete.
  • Bulk extracts of the register — outside AFSA's reseller scope and not what we're for.

How to influence this

Email [email protected] with what you'd build or pay for. We track requests against active customers; if three brokerages ask for the same thing in a quarter, it usually moves to "Next 90 days" the quarter after.
