This is the pricing we plan to charge at S2-gate launch, when paid AFSA searches go live. Right now Hoist Assets is in its S1-gate validation sprint — the sandbox is free against three fixture organisations, and no real PPSR/ABN traffic is billed yet. AFSA charges A$2 per real search; that pass-through is included in your monthly allowance once paid plans open, then bills at A$2.50 per search above it.

14-day free trial Roadmap (S2-gate)
At S2-gate launch, Pro and Team will include a 14-day free trial. We'll ask for a card on day one — small auth, no charge — and bill on day 15 if you keep going. Practice tier won't have a trial; it's already low enough that a trial doesn't change much. Cancel from your dashboard any time. While we're still in the S1-gate validation sprint the trial isn't live — the sandbox is the way to evaluate the product.
First 50 design partners Roadmap (S2-gate)
When paid plans open at S2-gate, the first 50 paying customers will keep their tier price for the lifetime of the account. We'll document the workflows we ship and publish them (anonymised) as case studies you sign off on. If you'd rather not be a case study, that's fine; the price lock still applies. Pre-register interest if you want first dibs.
How invoicing will work Roadmap (S2-gate)
- Billed via Stripe (currently in test mode while we validate the flow). Charges will appear as HoistAI on your statement.
- Card or BPay (BPay added for annual plans on request).
- GST applies if you're an Australian resident business; we'll add 10% at checkout and issue a tax invoice.
- Receipts emailed within 60 seconds of payment. Tax invoices available in your dashboard.
Cancellation Roadmap (S2-gate)
At S2-gate launch you'll be able to cancel any time from the dashboard. We'll pro-rate the rest of the current month back to your card. Your records will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation; you'll be able to export to ZIP any time from the same dashboard. After 30 days, records are deleted from active storage and only retrievable on request for a further 90 days.
